Mentoring Programmes

‘Be Made' is about identifying the creative, flexible thinkers of the future. This mentoring programme comprises a series of workshops running weekly prior to each of the main themes in the Science Gallery.

Working with a group of Mentors, Transition Year and Senior Cycle students (‘young makers') will develop a participative installation that explores the science and technology of the theme we're featuring. Their work will then appear, side-by-side, with the installations developed for the Science Gallery.

Our Mentors include engineers from companies such as Google, researchers at Trinity College Dublin and other Irish universities, and Dublin-based technology artists.
