Celebrating the 150th anniversary of On the Origin of Species
27:11:09 Charles Darwin's On the Origin of Species, was published on Thursday 24 November 1859, and is a seminal work of scientific literature considered to be the foundation of evolutionary biology. During this special week Science Gallery will be marking this 150th anniversary the launch of the Evolvaphone - a unique collaboration between composer George Higgs and TCD geneticist Dr Aoife McLysaght.
