150th Anniversary Party! On the Origin of Species

We’re celebrating the 150th anniversary of the publication of Charles Darwin’s On the Origin of Species in true Science Gallery form with evolution events, Darwin look-a-likes and a first edition copy of the book itself at the gallery so you can come and have look at the real deal.

Throughout the day Science Gallery’s studios will be filled with Darwin-tastic competitions, quizzes and look-a-likes culminating in the launch of the Evolvaphone- the world's first booth to create music based on the principles of natural selection. Come dressed as Darwin and your name will be entered to have a chance to win a Science Gallery sack filled with goodies from our shop- including a copy of On the Origin of Species.
