Your chance to take part in a unique Science Gallery experiment! How will weightlessness affect domestic bliss? What products will feature in alien suburbia? Will we vacuum in a vacuum? WHAT IF... designer Nelly Ben Hayoun and international artist Aideen Barry will lead participants through the creative and collaborative process in this hands on workshop to design a hovercraft house workshop to simulate the living environment in future space colonies. In addition Aideen Barry (who just finished a residency at Kennedy Space Centre) will show you how to document your work in an exclusive stop animation workshop.  Workshop for ages 15+.
