How can a bike made from bamboo transform a local community? Developed over a period of 15 years, the Bamboosero bicycle has a rugged and responsive bamboo frame. Produced by community based crafts people in countries across Africa and in the Philippines, the bikes provide a local source of transportation and jobs.
